how to hit the ball hard in tennis with topspin?
is it faster preparation or faster swing, because my shots have no pace, please an indepth explanation on how to hit fast tennis shots with them not going out.

2. Bend your knees
3. Coil your abdominals
4. Explode with your legs simultaneously uncoiling your midsection through the ball.

Another good tool is learning how to hit using the semi-western/western grip. You'll be able to plow through the ball without having to think too much about applying topspin. I taught one of my teammates this grip and he's now KILLING the ball.
