Whenever i hit with my backhand the tennis ball the ball always ends up hitting at the net?

Whenever i hit a tennis ball the ball always ends up hitting the net instead of going over the net
what should i do?? the tennis ball hits like at the middle of the net

uh i am new , or actually have not played in years, but I suffered the same issue. instead of using two hands(unless you simply have to) hold the grip with your thumb ulong the shaft and just lightly hit the ball it will lob it over good.
