what is a head heavy and head light racquet? How do i tell, will it say on the racquet?

is a head light/heavy racquet for power or finesse? i get mixed up… would using a head heavy racquet compliment an oversize, and a head light a midplus? any tennis/squash/badminton racquet product knowledge welcome
